Duo Haus is exactly what it sounds like, two ways to train, one shared space. Pilates and strength training under one roof, designed to work better together.

We’re a pilates-first studio with a real love for strength. Our classes blend the control and precision of contemporary reformer pilates with intentional weight training to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a body that lasts.

Our pilates classes focus on alignment, core strength, mobility, and longevity. Whereas the strength side of the studio is there to support your pilates practice to help you build functional strength that carries over into everything you do.

When our classes aren’t using the strength floor, it’s yours. Come in during open gym hours, follow our daily programmed workout, or do your own thing at your own pace.

Duo Haus is for everyone. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been training for years, whether you love pilates, love lifting, or are just figuring it all out, you belong here. We’re here to move well, build strength, and foster a welcoming community while we’re at it.
