This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information (“Personally Identifiable Information— PII”) is being used, collected and shared when you visit or make a purchase from duohausfit.com (the “Site”), or when you communicate with us by text message (SMS).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS

DuoHaus offers text messaging (SMS) communications to members and clients. If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, we may use your Mobile Information to send you:

Appointment and class reminders;

Order and shipping updates;

Customer support and account-related communication;

Marketing offers and promotions; and

General two-way communication regarding your training, membership, or purchases with DuoHaus.

You may opt in to receive text messages from us by providing your phone number through the Site, by phone, by text, by email, or by completing a sign-up or intake form at our studio.

No Mobile Information collected through our SMS program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This Mobile Information is excluded from any of the general sharing practices described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, and will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share Mobile Information with service providers who help us operate our text messaging program (such as our SMS/phone service provider) and who are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes, or when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Mariana Tek to power our class and appointment scheduling. In addition, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site–you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here.

Additionally, we may provide your Personal Information to third-party service providers we hire to provide services to us. These third-party service providers may include, but are not limited to: payment processors, web analytics companies, advertising networks, and email marketing service providers. Mobile Information collected through our SMS program is not included in this general sharing, as described in the “Text Messaging (SMS) Communications” section above.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
